Objective:
To design a corporate strategy and design communication artifacts to boost the sales of Poorbi milk (marketed by Dairy co-operative ltd. Of Assam) in North-east region.
Deliverables:
- A campaign designed to increase awareness about benefits of milk drinking;
different marketing & selling points were identified for examples near schools & colleges
- A SWOT analysis with respect to its local competitors, and identified the crucial weaknesses and opportunities
- Design suggestions to expand the product line based on survey results and interviews with local population
