Introduction:
An easy maintenance website for Blacksburg Country Club to cater to the needs of traditional country club enthusiast like golfers, tennis players and individuals interested to use the specific services such as banquet, catering for wedding reception, dinner, birthday party or business meetings.

Currently the club does not have web developer personnel and respective managers are responsible for the content and maintenance of their service pages. Therefore, the primary objective for this project was ease of maintenance for the client and consistency across all the services. The website also works as an information system to place orders for various club services, reception bookings, directions, employment information and online applications.

Deliverables:

• Information flow diagrams for all the service pages including user's mental models and developer's models to assist with maintenance.
• Low-mid fidelity wire-frames for homepage and various service pages.
• High fidelity website design ready to be hosted on a server.
• User's manual & Developer's manual to help with maintenance of flash, PHP and CSS files. These manuals are to help with specific features for both front-end and back-end usage.
• A new-members' CD for the prospective members.
